Hot Stamping

We use a metallic foil which is applied thanks to a heated die to the packaging. Standard colors gold & silver shiny are available in-stock. Different finishes or colors are available on-demand. Our expertise allows us to propose a full hot stamp cap solution, ideal for price efficiency and aluminum brushed effect.

Silk Screening

This is a great option for bright, bold colors and designs. Silk-screening is a screen-printing technique that involves transferring ink through a mesh fixed to a frame. One color is printed at a time, so multiple meshes are used for multi-color designs. It’s a great option, thanks to the opacity & texture, to provide a luxurious look and feel to your product.

Labeling

This is a cost-effective and easy solution to produce high quality labels. If you need to print labels with small print, tight registration, multiple languages, SKU numbers, barcodes, QR codes, and highly detailed artwork, digital printing is the best solution. The high detail digital that label printing offers can enable you to include all required information without sacrificing image quality.

Artwork approval

Need help designing your packaging? We can design the artwork for your packaging. We take this step seriously, we will not only design the artwork that meets your approval, but we will also liaise with our partner skincare factory to make sure it meets government regulations (BPOM, GMP). You can also give us the artwork file you already have and we make it suitable for printing production.

Production

We follow the best practices when it comes to printing, from having each packaging go through flame treatment to prepare it before printing to running it through a UV drier to make sure the ink adheres properly to the packaging.
